Project Description
Paint and Handy has completed a series of chandelier and decorative lighting installations across London; Bermondsey, Clapham, Charlton, Richmond, Deptford, Â bringing a touch of elegance and drama to residential interiors of all styles. From period homes to modern apartments, each installation is tailored with precision, safety, and aesthetics in mind.
Our chandelier installation service is not a simple plug-and-play—it’s a carefully considered process. Whether working with ornate multi-arm fixtures, minimalist pendants, or classic ceiling rose arrangements, we ensure all lighting is securely fixed to structural wooden beams behind the plasterboard. This guarantees a solid and reliable mounting point, giving peace of mind regardless of chandelier size or weight.
In one of our standout projects, a traditional chandelier was installed in combination with a decorative ceiling rose, enhancing the architectural detail of a modern home. The rose was fitted seamlessly to the ceiling, with the chandelier mounted centrally. The luminaire was connected using 1.5mm twin and earth cable, safely integrated into the existing lighting circuit. The fitting supports six 6W LED candle lamps—offering beautiful warm illumination with minimal current draw, ensuring both energy efficiency and longevity.
Across our projects, we work with a variety of ceiling heights, lighting types, and decorative features. Some require chain suspension and precise drop lengths, others involve creative solutions for awkward ceiling angles or bespoke canopies.Â
Each installation is finished with care: alignment is checked, cable management is discreet, and fittings are wiped down and presented beautifully.
