Scope of Work

Project Description
Paint and Handy recently completed a full kitchen refresh for our customer in South East London, combining high-quality painting, tiling, and electrical improvement works over a carefully managed 4-day project. The aim was to modernise the kitchen space while keeping the design bright, warm, and timeless with durable finishes suitable for everyday family use.
The project involved the removal of the existing tiled splashback area, preparation and skimming of uneven wall surfaces, and the installation of a brand-new tiled cooker section using Moulay Pumice / Tanager Mate Cotton tiles. The combination of white grout, white metal trims, and 3mm spacers created a clean and contemporary finish with perfectly aligned joints and sharp detailing throughout.
For the decorative works, the walls were painted in COAT Jojo White, giving the kitchen a soft and welcoming tone that reflects natural light beautifully. All woodwork was finished in COAT Jojo White Eggshell, providing a durable and elegant finish suitable for high-traffic kitchen areas. The subtle neutral palette complemented the natural wood kitchen units and helped create a calm, modern interior with a premium feel.
As part of the improvement works, we also installed 4 new LED lights complete with a fused switch, significantly improving the lighting within the kitchen area. In addition, an existing wall socket was relocated approximately one metre away in accordance with the customer’s layout requirements, ensuring a more practical and functional workspace.
